In my early tenure as a VA Dispatcher, I orchestrated the coordination of around 30 truck drivers responsible for picking up import containers from New York ports and transporting them to specified warehouses according to customer directives. Additionally, I initiated communication with port authorities to schedule appointments for acquiring loaded containers through their online appointment system.
